All orders received go through a standard processing time of 3-5 business days depending on the production queue.
All art will be shipped out after processing and will arrive within 5-7 business days at the given address.
Our canvas prints typically arrive in 10-14 days.

We are committed to our customers and always want you to be happy with our artwork! You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our artwork is specifically printed or handmade for you! Our artwork is not held in warehouses so we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or credits.
In the event of any artwork arriving incorrectly printed or damaged please contact us immediately with pictures of the canvas(s) you received and the box it came in. Someone from our team will review your submission and contact you within 24 hours. In most cases of damaged products, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted please follow the steps below:
- Take a photo of the damaged product and the package it arrived in. Attach the photos in an email and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In the email please include your order number, full name, and a brief description of the damages or defects. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming that your damaged item has been reviewed.
- If the photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your damaged artwork. We will process the claim and send out your replacement, free of charge.
