Product sizing and details

Each of our canvas' are traditionally-stretched around a .75 or 1.5 wooden frame that comes “ready to hang” and is available in multiple different sizes, all sizes can be found on our product pages.

All of our pieces are made of premium artist-grade 100% cotton canvas material. Every canvas is printed using archival inks to prevent fading and to preserve fine detailing.  Our patented manufacturing process allows us to create corners free from unsightly bulges or excess material.

All of our pieces come ready to hang with a pre-installed saw tooth hanging hardware that is included on the back of each canvas and can be hung using a small nail.  

When will my order Ship?

All orders received go through a standard processing time of 3 business days. All canvas art will be shipped after processing and will arrive within 5-7 business days to the given address.

What happens if my art arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged or defective in any way, shape or form we will provide a replacement.


Here's how: 

Take a photo of the damaged product and the package it arrived in. Attach the photos to an email and send them to support@theblkgallery.com. In the email please include your order number, full name and a brief description of the damages or defects. Within 24 hours you will receive an email confirming that your damaged item has been reviewed. 


If the photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your product. We will process the refund and replacement based on the claim and send out your replacement, free of charges.

what is your Return policy?

We are very committed to our customers and our main goal is to keep you happy with our products. We stand by our products by offering a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our support team via email at support@theblkgallery.com to initiate your return. From here you will need to provide images of the product(s) in the same condition as arrived for a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product(s).


Once your return is approved, simply ship it back to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Email the tracking information to support@theblkgallery.com.


 *NOTE: We do NOT provide pre-paid shipping packages to send your product(s) back to us. If you plan on returning what you've purchased, all shipping and handling fees will be at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your item(s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.

can i cancel My order?

Yes, you can cancel your order up to 24 hours after you've placed it.
